The Graduates Attachment Programme (GAP) encourages companies to provide on-the job training to fresh maritime graduates at their local or overseas offices without having to expand their headcount formally.
Maritime business entities will have access to trained maritime graduates without having to expand their headcount formally. The GAP will provide a monthly stipend for 12 months.
Sponsoring Business
Maritime-related businesses registered or incorporated in Singapore capable of providing structured on-the-job training in maritime business areas.
Trainee
Trainees will be required to work in the sponsoring business or another Singapore-based maritime business entity for one year after completing the traineeship.
