Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act

The Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act is an Act of Parliament in Singapore. The Act aims to prevent sea pollution, whether originating from land or from ships. The Act also gives MPA the power to take preventive measures to prevent pollution, including denying entry or detaining ships.
