Port Users are required to submit all relevant documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) pertaining to their project to Operations Planning Department of MPA. Operations Planning Dept officer would then vet through the submitted documents and consider the navigational and safety impact of the project. A pre-operational meeting is required if the project applied for posses a navigational and operational constraint/risk to other port user.
