ALLIESTM is a single integrated platform for shipping partners to exchange and consolidate information on a regular basis. The system streamlines information exchange on slot forecasting, slot utilisation reporting, and vessel schedules among shipping partners.
To support its alliance partners’ operations, PSA, with the support of MPA’s MINT Fund, has developed the Alliance Hubbing solution and helped testbedding and adoption of ALLIESTM by the shipping industry to support alliance operations in Singapore.
With ALLIESTM, collaboration is enhanced through the standardisation of business processes and automated workflow. It supports the consolidation of booking forecasts from the various partners and tracking of vessel slot utilisation. This is further enhanced through management reports and exception management mechanisms that provide alerts on the monitoring of the slot control and discrepancy.
With more timely and accurate information supporting the integrated workflow and collaboration, ALLIESTM has enhanced the efficiency of alliance operations in Singapore.
