This Port Marine Circular serves to inform the community that the renewal of the Bunker Surveying Company Licence of Lighthouse Marine & Inspection Services Pte. Ltd. (“Lighthouse Marine”) will be deferred for a period of one month, from 1 July 2025 till 31 July 2025 (inclusive), and is subject to Lighthouse Marine meeting MPA’s stipulated conditions satisfactorily in order to resume operations from 1 August 2025. 

2        Between 1 July 2025 and 31 July 2025, Lighthouse Marine must not operate as a bunker surveying company within the Port of Singapore.

 3        All bunker licensees are reminded to comply strictly with all the terms and conditions of the respective bunker licence(s). MPA will not hesitate to take firm action against any licensee that contravenes any of its bunker licence terms and conditions.
