OCEANS-X

OCEANS-X, or Open/Common Exchange and Network Standardisation-eXchange, is a MPA’s G2G and G2B digital platform that enables ecosystem partners to discover, access and share data seamlessly within a common, standard‑based and interoperable environment.

Besides data sharing, OCEANS-X also supports transaction flow between systems. For example, through the Port Clearance as a Service suite of APIs, technology solution providers and companies can integrate their systems with MPA’s digital services, such as digitalPORT@SG™, to submit applications for port clearance when calling at the Port of Singapore.

In addition, OCEANS‑X enhances Singapore’s connectivity with ports and maritime stakeholders worldwide through features that support cross‑border data exchange and initiatives such as the Green and Digital Shipping Corridor.

Through OCEANS‑X, MPA aims to drive innovation and digital connectivity by enabling platform‑to‑platform interoperability, co‑developing solutions with the community, and enhancing operational efficiency through trusted data sharing. These efforts unlock opportunities for the industry to create greater value across the maritime sector.
