Transacting with MPA
To transact with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), a customer will need to first open an account with us.
An MPA account will be accompanied by complimentary access to digitalPORT@SGTM (for up to 10 users) to facilitate customer’s adherence with statutory and regulatory requirements, and for operational and financial transactions.
As part of our eco-office efforts, customers with access to digitalPORT@SGTM will have access to electronic copies of invoices and monthly statements of accounts.

Should account holders customers foresee that there no longer be a need to transact with MPA, please submit the following forms and our officers will reach out to the customers accordingly:

- Refund Form (Optional, only for customers with credit balances in their MPA accounts) (Under Maintenance)
