Lounge, free Wi-Fi, computers with internet access, telephones, transportation, counselling services, library and more!
MPA, together with our local seafarers’ missions and the maritime unions, run four seafarers' drop-in centres in the Port of Singapore.
These seafarers' drop-in centres are conveniently located within the various terminals in the Port of Singapore for seafarers that do not have time to clear immigration and leave the terminal for shore leave.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
Transportation:
Option 1: PSA shuttle service
Option 2: SOS on-demand shuttle service — available on Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
Seafarers must call in advance at (+65) 6778 6518 or WhatsApp text at (+65) 8414 0085. Seats are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis and is subjected to availability.

Option 2: Arrange for a pick-up from the ship by calling the centre (subject to the availability of the staff on duty and transport)

Option 3: Walk to the centre (this may take approximately 20 minutes from the furthest berthing point in Jurong Port)
