For any inspection carried out outside normal operating hours* (including cancellation or delay/waiting), a surcharge of 100% shall be added to the charges.
*Normal operating hours is defined as weekdays 8:00AM to 6:00PM, and Saturdays 8:00AM to 1:00PM.
