Mr Ong Siew Gay, Consul-General of the Singapore Consulate-General in Hong Kong, accepted the award on MPA’s behalf.

 

Singapore has been crowned the “Best Global Seaport” for the first time and received the “Best Seaport in Asia” for the 33rd time at the 2021 Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain (AFLAS) Awards ceremony held in Hong Kong.

 

The awards attest to the contributions by the Port of Singapore to the maritime sector and global supply chains, especially amid the pandemic.
