Approval is subject to the fulfilment of all eligibility criteria. MPA reserves the right to reject any application or claim in the event of failure from participants/businesses to comply or observe any of the eligibility criteria.

How much | 50%* co-funding of qualifying costs, i.e. economy return airfare and subsistence allowance, subject to a cap *70% for overseas attachments to ASEAN countries. |
How to apply | Companies should submit the MCF Overseas Attachment Application Form to mcf@mpa.gov.sg at least 30 days prior to commencement of attachment For attachments that are commencing 1 Oct 2025 onwards: Companies should submit their MCF application via Business Grants Portal (BGP) with effect from 1 Sep 2025. You will need to sign in to your Corppass account to transact on BGP. If you do not have a Corppass account yet, please refer to this guide if you need any help in creating an account. You may also refer to FAQs or contact BGP Helpdesk if you are facing technical issues. For MCF-related queries, please contact us at mcf@mpa.gov.sg.

How to claim | For applications approved prior to the transition to BGP, you may continue to submit your claim and supporting documents (i.e. detailed training attachment report, boarding pass, copies of invoices for airfare, proof of payments) to mcf@mpa.gov.sg, no later than 3 months after completion of the attachment For applications approved via BGP, companies are to submit their claim via BGP. |
