Following the collision that occurred yesterday between the Panamanian bulk carrier "Graceous" and the unladen Liberian tanker "Lula I", the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has successfully supervised and coordinated the safe towing of the "Graceous" out of the Traffic Separation Scheme. It is now safely anchored off the Raffles Reserved Anchorage.

The "Lula I" has proceeded to anchor at the Sultan Shoal Petroleum Anchorage.

There is no oil pollution or injury reported.

The MPA is investigating the incident.
