As the largest bunkering port in the world, Singapore has implemented bunkering standards covering documentation, equipment, procedures, quality of bunker fuel supplied, etc. To ensure that the most stringent standards are followed in the Port of Singapore, MPA reviews these standards from time to time to stay relevant.
